Choose a Caffeine-Free Kehwah: Five Blends Compared
Explore five caffeine-free Kehwah blends by flavour and ingredients, from saffron and spice to jasmine, dandelion, chamomile and tart hibiscus.

A caffeine-free cup can be spiced, floral, earthy or tart. In the Kehwah range, five current tea-bag blends are caffeine-free: Kesar Kehwah, Sweet Dandelion, Jasmine Rooibos, Sleep Aid and Hibiscus Zing. Start with the flavours you enjoy, then check the ingredients of the blend you choose.
Saffron and spice: Kesar Kehwah
Kesar Kehwah brings together saffron, cardamom, cinnamon and almond without tea leaf. It is a useful starting point if you want the warmth of our Heritage flavours in a caffeine-free cup. It contains almond, so check that ingredient before choosing it for yourself or someone else.
Earthy and gently warming: Sweet Dandelion
Sweet Dandelion contains dandelion, ginger, blue pea and spearmint. Choose it when you want an earthy botanical cup with ginger warmth and a mint note. Its ingredient list contains no tea leaf.
Try it without additions first. Let the cup cool enough to sip comfortably, then notice how the ginger and spearmint sit alongside the dandelion. The name introduces the blend; the ingredient list tells you what is actually inside.

Floral with ginger: Jasmine Rooibos
Jasmine Rooibos pairs rooibos with jasmine and ginger. This is our caffeine-free jasmine blend. It offers a different route from jasmine blends made with green tea, so look for the full product name and ingredients when comparing options.
Soft flowers and herbs: Sleep Aid
Sleep Aid combines chamomile, lavender, ashwagandha and tulsi. Choose it if that floral and herbal combination appeals to you. It is caffeine-free and contains no tea leaf. Let it steep, then take a moment to notice the lavender and chamomile before the first sip.
A tart direction: Hibiscus Zing
Hibiscus Zing contains hibiscus, rosemary, turmeric and lemongrass. It gives you a sharper, tart alternative to the saffron and softer floral blends. If you enjoy a cup with more brightness, this is a good flavour to compare with Kesar or Jasmine Rooibos.
How to brew these five blends
Begin with one plant-based pyramid tea bag and 120 ml freshly boiled water. Steep for 4–6 minutes, following the instructions on the pack. Try the shorter end of that range first, then leave the bag a little longer if you prefer more intensity.
Use the same water measure when tasting two blends side by side. This makes their flavours easier to compare. If a finished cup tastes too strong, add a little hot water rather than assuming you chose the wrong blend.
