Our plant-based pyramid tea bags hold a blend that you steep, then remove. No Sugar Instant is the original family cup in a sachet: add 150 ml boiling water and stir for 20 seconds. Choose tea bags when you enjoy the brewing pause, and Instant when you want a quick cup without a strainer.

Green and black tea come from tea leaves and contain caffeine. A herbal infusion is made from other botanicals. Kesar, Sweet Dandelion, Jasmine Rooibos, Sleep Aid and Hibiscus Zing are our caffeine-free choices. Each has its own ingredients and flavour, so check the blend as well as the name.

A warm, caffeine-free cup can make a lovely end-of-day ritual. Choose saffron-led Kesar, earthy Sweet Dandelion, floral Jasmine Rooibos, chamomile-led Sleep Aid or tart Hibiscus Zing. Kashmiri, Rose Kehwah and No Sugar Instant contain green tea; Rose Mornings and Mint Focus contain black tea.

Kesar is a tea-free infusion of saffron, cardamom, cinnamon and almond: warm, rounded and caffeine-free. Kashmiri Kehwah includes green tea alongside saffron, spices and almond. Both offer the saffron character of the Heritage collection, with a different base and caffeine profile.

A cup can give you warmth, flavour and a moment that belongs to you. Try a crisp black-tea blend for a morning ritual, a fragrant cup after a meal, or a caffeine-free infusion as you wind down. Our available blends have no added sugar, so you can enjoy their own flavour first. Choose what feels good to drink; specific health concerns and treatment decisions deserve advice from your health professional.

Use one plant-based pyramid tea bag with 120 ml freshly boiled water. Steep green-tea blends for 2–3 minutes, black-tea blends for 3–4 minutes, and herbal infusions for 4–6 minutes. Remove the bag and enjoy. Follow the directions for your particular blend on its pack.

Empty one No Sugar Instant sachet into a cup, add 150 ml boiling water and stir for 20 seconds. There is no tea bag or strainer to remove. Use one sachet per serving; a large mug needs a measured amount of water for the intended flavour.

Start with a clear cup so you can enjoy the saffron, spices, flowers or tea itself. Our kahwa and herbal preparation guides use water without milk. Taste before sweetening; you can then make the cup your own.

Add a little hot water if the cup is stronger than you like. For the next brew, shorten the steep and remove the bag promptly. Green- and black-tea blends are especially sensitive to being left in the cup too long. Change one thing at a time until the balance suits you.

Measure the water first: our tea-bag serving is 120 ml, while Instant uses 150 ml. A much larger mug can dilute the cup. For a tea bag, try the longer end of its suggested steeping time. If you prefer a larger, stronger cup, use another bag rather than steeping tea leaves indefinitely.

Yes. Brew the tea according to its pack, remove the bag, let it cool and pour over ice. Hibiscus Zing's tartness and Mint Focus's peppermint make useful starting points. Taste before adding a sweetener, and remember that melting ice will soften the strength.

Our pack counts and serving guidance are based on one bag per cup. You can try a second infusion if you enjoy a lighter flavour, but its strength will differ. Use a fresh bag when you want the full intended cup.

Our currently available teas and No Sugar Instant have no added sugar. Almond, cinnamon and the balance of a blend can give a rounded or sweet-tasting impression without added sugar. Check the ingredient list for the particular cup you choose.

Our blends are made without extracts, artificial flavours, artificial colours or added preservatives. The flavour comes from the ingredients in the recipe. You can read the full blend list on each product page and pack.

Kashmiri, Kesar, Rose Kehwah and No Sugar Instant contain almond, a tree nut. Assorted and our gift selections include almond-containing blends. If you have an allergy, read the exact ingredient and allergen information on the pack before drinking.

Look first for the tea base: green tea and black tea contain caffeine; our five tea-free infusions are caffeine-free. We do not give a tested milligram figure for each cup. The amount in a brewed tea depends on the recipe, serving and preparation.

Make the cup part of a routine that suits you, following its serving instructions and considering the caffeine and botanical ingredients. If tea feels uncomfortable on an empty stomach, try it after food. For a health condition or regular medication, ask your clinician about the specific blend.

Take the exact ingredient list to your clinician before choosing a botanical blend. Sleep Aid contains ashwagandha and should be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding. A caffeine-free label answers the caffeine question; the other ingredients still matter.

Choose according to the guidance you follow for your fast and the ingredients in the blend. Our saffron blends contain almond. Check the pack rather than treating all clear teas or all kahwas as the same.

Keep it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong kitchen aromas. Close the outer pack after use and keep individually wrapped bags sealed until you brew them. Use the batch and best-before information on your pack.

Our nine tea-bag blends come in 20-bag boxes and 3-box packs (60 tea bags). No Sugar Instant comes in a 25-sachet tin. Assorted contains 18 individually wrapped tea bags, two of each blend, plus two No Sugar Instant sachets: 20 servings in a brown stand-up pouch.

It contains individual servings: two tea bags each of Kashmiri, Kesar, Rose Kehwah, Rose Mornings, Mint Focus, Hibiscus Zing, Sweet Dandelion, Jasmine Rooibos and Sleep Aid, plus two No Sugar Instant sachets. They arrive together in a brown stand-up pouch. Retail tea boxes are not included.

We send your courier name and tracking link when your order ships. If tracking has not arrived or has not updated for 48 hours, contact us with your order ID so we can investigate.

Contact us promptly with the order ID and the correction or cancellation request. Changes are easiest before dispatch. Once a parcel is with the courier, available options depend on its progress; we will explain the next step and any applicable charge before arranging it.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID, a short description and photos of the issue. If an order has not arrived, tell us so we can trace it with the courier.

Kashmir Trio has 15 tea bags: five each of Kashmiri, Kesar and Rose Kehwah. Saffron Ritual and Grand Brass Ritual each have 45 bags, five of each of our nine blends, plus 1 g saffron. Saffron Ritual includes a wooden spoon; Grand Brass Ritual includes a brass khosa, plate and teaspoon.
