Which cup belongs to you?
Where should I start?
Try Kashmiri Kehwah for saffron and spice, or Kehwah — No Sugar for a cup ready in 20 seconds. Kashmir Trio Chest contains three blends; gift bookings are not open yet.
What is the difference between Kashmiri Kehwah and Kesar Kehwah?
Kashmiri Kehwah contains green tea. Kesar Kehwah contains no tea leaf, so it is rounder and more saffron-led.
Which cups contain no tea leaf?
Kesar Kehwah, Sweet Dandelion, Jasmine Rooibos, Sleep Aid, and Hibiscus Zing contain no tea leaf.
Which Instant Kehwah is sweetened?
Kehwah — Sugar is pre-sweetened. Kehwah — No Sugar is the unsweetened original, so you decide whether to add sweetness.
Do any products contain nuts?
The saffron-led Kehwah products contain almond. Read the allergen line and full ingredient list on the individual product page.

How should you prepare it?
How much water should I use for a tea bag?
Start with one tea bag and 120 ml hot water. Steep green-tea blends for 2–3 minutes, black-tea blends for 3–4, and botanical infusions for 4–6.
How do I make Instant Kehwah?
Empty one sachet into a cup, add 150 ml boiling water, and stir for 20 seconds.
What if my cup feels too strong?
Add 15–20 ml hot water to the finished cup. Next time, shorten the steep by 30 seconds.
What if it tastes bitter?
Remove the tea bag earlier. For green-tea blends, let freshly boiled water rest briefly before pouring.
Should I add milk or sweetness?
Taste every cup clear first. Add sweetness only after tasting. Our brewing guides start with tea served without milk.

Is there a welcome or two-product offer?
New to our table? Enjoy 10% off your first order, including gift chests. Choose two or more retail packs and enjoy 10% off, whether it is your first visit or your next. One box, tin, discovery box or gift chest counts as one product. Two of the same product count too. Welcome and two-product offers give a maximum of 10% off, applied once. A pouch priced with its 10% benefit already included receives no further reduction. Delivery and COD charges are separate.
When will you send my order?
We pack and send your tea from Greater Noida on our next working day.
How long does delivery take?
Within India, ready-to-ship teas are delivered within 3–5 working days of ordering. Delivery availability is confirmed for your PIN code.
How much does delivery cost?
Within India, standard delivery for ready-to-ship teas is ₹79 below ₹849 after discounts, and free at ₹849 or more after discounts. Cash on delivery adds ₹59, including when standard delivery is free.
Can I return an order?
If your tea arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. We will help you put it right.
How do I report damage or a wrong item?
Please share your order ID, a short description and photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery. If your order has not arrived, contact us so we can trace it with the courier.

What is inside the chests?
How many tea bags are in each gift chest?
Kashmir Trio Chest: 15 tea bags; Saffron Ritual Chest: 45 tea bags; Grand Brass Ritual Chest: 45 tea bags. Five bags of each included blend.
Do gift chests contain both tea-leaf and botanical cups?
Yes. The larger chests contain a mix; check each included blend before choosing.
Can I ask about larger or corporate gifting?
Yes. Email contact@kehwah.in with the quantity, date, destination, and occasion for the current options.
