Are GST and delivery included?

Gift prices include GST. Delivery is quoted separately using the packed shipment and destinations. Customisation charges, if any, are confirmed in your quote.

Does my enquiry reserve a gift?

An enquiry does not reserve stock or confirm an order. We’ll confirm availability and the terms with you before you decide.

Can I customise gifts for clients or a team?

Custom message cards are available from 50 boxes. Bespoke gifting and packaging start at 200 boxes. We can also plan multiple delivery destinations; share your brief for a quote.

Can I order everyday teas as well?

Yes. Available teas can be ordered through their product pages. Gift enquiries are handled separately so we can confirm the right contents and quote for you.
