When will you send my order?

We pack and send your tea from Greater Noida on our next working day.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery in 3–5 working days. Prepaid India delivery is included with 2+ tea boxes or a 3-box pack; otherwise ₹79 below ₹849. COD adds ₹59.

What if there is a problem with my tea?

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help.

How do I report damage or a wrong item?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID, a short description and photos of the issue. If an order has not arrived, tell us so we can trace it with the courier.

Are gift delivery and GST included?

The displayed gift prices include GST. Delivery and any customisation are quoted separately for the packed shipment and destinations. Your final quote sets out those charges and the payment terms.
