From your first request to their first cup

A simple way to book.

1. Tell us about your gifts

Choose a box and share your quantity, delivery PIN code and preferred date on WhatsApp. We’ll confirm availability and your quote.

2. Confirm with 10%

Pay the 10% booking amount through the Razorpay link we send on WhatsApp. The remaining 90% and confirmed delivery charge are collected before dispatch.

3. We prepare your gifts

Gift boxes dispatch within 14 days of ordering. Transit time is additional; we’ll confirm the expected delivery timing for your destination before you book.

Can my gift arrive before a festival or event?

Share your preferred delivery date before paying. We’ll check availability, preparation time and courier service for your PIN code. A booking request alone does not reserve a delivery date. Gift delivery is quoted separately using the packed shipment’s volumetric weight.

Can I cancel my booking?

Cancel within 2 days of ordering for a refund of your booking payment. This is the cancellation window; bank processing time is separate. Contact contact@kehwah.in for help.

Can I book gifts for a team or several households?

Yes. Share the quantity, occasion and delivery destinations when you request your booking. We’ll confirm the quote, any eligible offer and delivery plan before payment.

What if I also order ready-to-ship teas?

Ready-to-ship teas leave first. Gift boxes follow separately within their 14-day dispatch window, with gift delivery charged separately alongside the balance.
