How booking works
Gift bookings are not open yet. When available, book with 10% and pay the balance and delivery before we send your chest.
Booking and delivery
We prepare and send your gift chest within 14 days of ordering. Please allow extra time for delivery.
We’ll send you a Razorpay payment link on WhatsApp for the 10% booking payment. When your gift is ready to send, we’ll send a separate link for the remaining 90% and confirmed shipping.
Shipping & cancellations
Gift delivery costs extra. We quote the courier charge for your address and chest size before you pay the balance.
Cancel within 2 days of ordering for a refund of your booking payment. This is the cancellation window; bank processing time is separate.
Ordering teas and a gift together? Your ready teas leave first; the gift follows separately within its 14-day preparation period. Gift shipping is charged separately with the balance payment.

How many tea bags are in each chest?
Kashmir Trio Chest: 15 tea bags; Saffron Ritual Chest: 45 tea bags; Grand Brass Ritual Chest: 45 tea bags. Five bags of each included blend.
Do the larger chests include accessories?
The Saffron Ritual Chest includes 1 g saffron and a mango-wood spoon. The Grand Brass Ritual Chest includes 1 g saffron with a brass spoon, khosa, and plate.
Can I ask about corporate gifting?
