Shipping Policy

We pack Kehwah orders in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This policy explains delivery for ready-to-ship teas and, when available, advance-order gifts.

Delivery within India

Ready-to-ship teas are packed and sent on our next working day. Delivery is normally within 3–5 working days from ordering, subject to delivery availability for your PIN code. This window includes dispatch time. If an address, payment or availability issue affects your order, we will contact you.

Shipping and cash on delivery charges

• Standard delivery for ready-to-ship teas is ₹79 when the product subtotal after discounts is below ₹849.
• Standard delivery is free at ₹849 or more after discounts.
• Cash on delivery adds ₹59 per order, including orders qualifying for free standard delivery.
• Delivery and COD charges do not count towards the free-delivery threshold. The applicable charges are shown before you place your order.

Tracking and delivery help

We share the courier name and tracking link through the contact details provided with your order when it ships. Tracking may take time to show the courier's first scan. If tracking has not arrived or has not updated for 48 hours, or your order has missed its delivery estimate, contact us with your order ID so we can investigate.

Please check your delivery address, PIN code and phone number before ordering. Contact us promptly if they need correcting or a delivery attempt fails. Changes after dispatch depend on the courier; we will explain the available options before arranging any additional charge.

Advance-order gifts and mixed orders

Gift chests are currently previews and are not open for bookings. When bookings open, the booking terms shown with the product will apply: dispatch within 14 calendar days of ordering, with courier transit time additional; 10% at booking and 90% at dispatch. Gift delivery is quoted separately for the packed shipment and destination, and collected with the balance. Standard tea free-delivery rates do not apply to gift shipments.

Ready teas in a mixed order ship first; the gift follows separately. Each shipment has its own tracking information. A gift booking cancelled within two days of ordering qualifies for a refund of its booking payment.

International orders

Contact us before ordering for an individual delivery quote and estimate. India delivery charges and timelines do not apply automatically to international destinations. Any applicable destination charges will be addressed in your quote.

Damaged, incorrect or missing orders

Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Contact us within seven days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. For an undelivered order, contact us so we can trace it.
