Returns & Refunds Eligibility

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered. However, we offer full or partial refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged or defective on arrival

  • You received the wrong item

  • The order was not delivered

Please note: We do not offer refunds for taste preferences, minor packaging imperfections, or delays caused by courier services.

📩 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order via:

Include the following:

  • Order ID

  • Photos of the product/packaging

  • Brief description of the issue

We typically process refund requests within 5–7 business days of receiving your claim.

💳 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. In case of UPI or COD orders, we may ask for bank details for a manual transfer.

🚚 Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel it.
